PLATFORM TERMS

Terms of use.

IrishPigeonSport.ie is an independent information and community platform. These draft terms describe the intended operating principles for the service.

Information and results

Race results, histories, rankings and other records should be labelled according to their source and status. Publication does not by itself imply endorsement by a club, federation, union or other organisation.

Community submissions

Users must have the right to submit material they upload. Submissions must not knowingly contain unlawful, misleading, abusive or privacy-invasive material. The platform may review, edit, restrict or remove submissions.

Marketplace and business directory

Listings and business profiles are supplied by third parties. A featured, verified or paid placement is not a guarantee of a product, service, seller, transaction or outcome. Users should make their own checks before trading.

External sources

Links to clubs, federations, results systems and other websites lead to services operated by third parties. Their content and terms remain their responsibility.

Changes and availability

Features, data coverage and policies may change as the platform develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability and preserve provenance, but no uninterrupted service is promised.

This page is a product draft and is not legal advice. Final terms should be reviewed before production launch.
